Instructions for use

1. Position each cup centered on the areola.
2. Squeeze the bulb to create a vacuum until you feel firm but comfortable.
3. Activate the vibration to intensify the stimulation.
4. Release at any time via the valve to equalize the pressure.

Tips & Safety : Start with 2–5 minute sessions, taking breaks to allow circulation to return. Suction should not be painful. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. A thin layer of water-based lubricant on the rim can improve the seal.
